The project involves the construction of 519 apartments across several buildings together with ground floor retail and public realm in Southampton City Centre. The construction works encompass:
- Block A – 24 residential apartments over 4-storeys;
- Blocks B1/B2/B3 and C – 225 apartments over a maximum of 8-storeys;
- Blocks D/F and G – 198 apartments over a maximum of 11-storeys;
- Block E – 72 apartments over 13-storeys;
- Ground floor retail units to High Street and Queensway elevations only;
- Associated landscaping and Public Realm works.
The site was previously occupied by a vacant purpose-built shopping centre arranged over three floors, and a multi storey car park to the rear, which has since been demolished.
